We are inching closer to Dream Game II.  The Kentucky Wildcats and the Louisville Cardinals will square off on Saturday night in New Orleans at the Mercedes Benz Super Dome.

The Commonwealth of Kentucky will take center stage on Saturday night as the Kentucky Wildcats and Louisville Cardinals will take their rivalry to the Final Four.

The Cats advanced by defeating Baylor Sunday afternoon. The Cardinals punched their ticket to New Orleans on Saturday after rallying to knock out the Florida Gators. UK has been placed as a nine point favorite for the 6:09 set start.

Coming up this week, we will set the table for the Cats and Cards and we will kick it off with CBS Sports Gary Parrish, John Clay and Jeff Drummond on Monday’s show. We want to hear from both Cats and Cards fans on the titanic match up to commence on Saturday.

Kentucky is action tonight against an old rival in Indiana.  The Hoosiers beat Kentucky back in December but its the Cats that are a heavy favorite (10 points).

Coming up on tonight’s show, we’ll talk about the rivalry from IU’s perspective and the series from UK’s.  Plus, we’ll get your predictions on the game too.

The NCAA Tournament resumes tonight with the East and West Regions.  Tonight’s play includes Louisville battling Michigan State and Syracuse’s hook up with Wisconsin.

The big news of the day is the ESPN report that Michael Kidd-Gilchrist will enter the NBA draft as soon as the season is over (and he hopes that’s after a championship).

The All-American, Kenny “Sky” Walker will join us to talk about the Kidd-Gilchrist decision and the Cats match up with Indiana.  Jeff Drummond of the Cats Pause and Scott Anderson of Nation of Blue will also be on to talk Big Blue.

The Kentucky Wildcats are back in action in just 50 hours from now.  we’ll begin breaking down the UK and IU with Kyle Tucker of the Louisville Courier Journal.

Plus, Jeff Drummond returns to talk UK Football and Basketball recruiting.  Also, we’ll hit the top stories of the day including our friend Gregg Doyel taking on the North Carolina fans and Bob Knight said Kentucky this morning on ESPN radio.

The Kentucky Wildcats are preparing to meet Indiana for a much-anticipated rematch.  The Hoosiers nipped Kentucky back in December to give UK it’s only loss of the regular season.

The Kentucky wildcats moved into the Sweet 16 with a pair of wins over the weekend.  The Cats took out Western Kentucky back on Thursday and hammered Iowa State Saturday night.

Now, UK gets a chance to avenge it’s only regular season loss by taking Indiana in the South Regional’s in Atlanta.  The Big Blue has placed as an 8.5 favorite.

Coming up on tonight’s show, we’ll review the sweet 16 with WHAS’s Kent Spencer.  Plus, UK recruits Shabazz Muhammed and Nerlen’s Noel were making news.  The Cats Pause’s Jeff Drummond will update us on recruiting.

The NCAA tournament gets underway in Dayton tonight with the first four getting things started.  The opening game features Western Kentucky and Mis. Valley State….the winner gets UK on Thursday at 6:50 in Louisville.

WHAS’s Kent Spencer will join us tonight to talk March Madness.   The Cats Pause’s Jeff Drummond will talk recruiting and the wether Syracuse would have been more forthcoming about the impending absence of starting center Fab Melo.

The SEC tournament is in the book and the Cats real championship pursuit begins on Thursday in Louisville.  The Cats are the overall number one seed and will play the winner of Western Kentucky and Mississippi Valley State on Thursday at 6:50.

Coming up on tonight’s show, The Cats Pause’s Jeff Drummond will join me to go through the entire bracket and break down UK’s path to the championship.  Jeff will join us for the entire hour to take your calls and comments.
