The Kentucky football is off and running in preparation for the upcoming season. The Cats have many question marks but the one that must be answered is at Quarterback.
Joker Phillips was not pleased with the quartet of candidates play on Saturday and declined to comment about Sunday’s practice until after seeing film. It’s not as if the head coach didn’t see some progress. Phillips said that the focus was much sharper indoors on Sunday.
Linebacker is one position that has major shoes to fill with the graduation of Danny Trevathan. Bud DuPree and Avery Williamson will be counted on to try and fill that roll.
On the basketball front, a little controversy brewed regarding Nerlens Noel. Draft Express tweeted a few unflattering things about the incoming freshman’s play at the Adidas Nation.
