Kentucky football officially gets underway this week with media day (Friday) and fan day (Saturday) at Commonwealth Stadium. We will begin rolling up our sleeves and closely examining the upcoming season.

Also, UK won the National Championship in basketball back in April and championship rings are showing up everywhere. President Barrack Obama got the first one and now another one showed up on rapper Drake’s finger. Does this bother you? Maybe it’s just me but why does Drake get a championship ring? We’ll discuss.

The Cincinnati Reds have won 10 in a row and share the best record in baseball so you would think they would be at the top of the latest ESPN power poll, right? Wrong, it’s, who else, the Yankees. The Reds have a better record and won 2 of 3 in the Bronx earlier this season so obviously NY is the better team. Worse yet, Texas is ahead of Cincinnati.
