Joker Phillips was in Bristol at the ESPN studio to take part in the “SEC Car Wash”. Phillips discussed the Cats during had online chats and sit down interviews with Chris Fowler (maybe the only time this season that Fowler talks UK).
We’ll talk about Joker’s performance on tonight’s show. Also, ESPN’s website featured UK in it’s “one good thing” feature.
What about the future of U of L athletics? Apparently it’s not in the cards for the Big 12. According to John Clay’s blog, Sidelines, the Big 12 is done with expansion (at least for right now).
Also the SEC basketball schedules have changed. We talked about this a little last night when wondered who might be paired up with Kentucky now. Clay’s blog say’s it hears Tennessee will be UK’s permanent rival.
