Remember yesterday when ESPNU’s analysts suggested that UK should aspire to be Mississippi State?  Maybe they’re on to something.

 

Today in Birmingham at the SEC media days, the media picked UK to finish last in the SEC east.  That’s seventh for those that have forgotten about the expansion.  What about Mississippi State?  You know, the team that ESPN say’s UK should aspire to be like?  How about 6th in the West!

 

Lets hope that UK doesn’t set their sights that high, to aspire to finish sixth in an SEC division, that would be awfully ambitious.

 

Only Larry Warford was mentioned as an All-SEC player.  Warford was a second team offensive lineman selection.
